The goal of Publishing Ethics is to ensure that all parties involved in the publishing process - including authors, editors, and reviewers - have a clear understanding of their roles and adhere to high standards of ethical behavior.

Fairness and Transparency: We expect all parties involved in publishing to act in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner. Editors should make decisions on assessing a manuscript solely based on its academic merit and content quality, not influenced by factors such as race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic background, socioeconomic status, etc.

Originality and Plagiarism: All submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the authors and must cite all references and the work of others. Any form of plagiarism is unacceptable, and if detected, an investigation will be initiated which may lead to the rejection of the manuscript.

Truthfulness and Integrity of Data: Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research data are true, accurate, and presented in full in the manuscript, so that readers, reviewers, and editors can fully understand the research process and results.

Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: All authors are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest when submitting their manuscript. This includes any financial, personal, or professional relationships that might influence their judgment or might be perceived by readers to do so.

Correction of Published Errors: If significant errors are discovered in a published article by authors, readers, reviewers, or editors, we expect the authors to promptly notify the journal so that corrections can be made as soon as possible.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Editors and reviewers must respect the intellectual property rights of all authors and maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts during the review process. They may not disclose any information about the manuscript without explicit permission from the authors.

Responsibility and Respect: We expect all individuals involved in the publishing process of the journal to respect and respond constructively to the views and criticisms of others, and to be willing to take responsibility for their own actions.

These Publishing Ethics aim to protect the rights of everyone involved in the publishing process, ensuring fairness, justice, transparency, and high academic integrity. All authors, editors, and reviewers should fully comply with these guidelines when participating in the journal's publishing process.
