1. Registration Fee

The registration fee covers:  conference scientific events, programme materials, welcome reception, refreshments and banquet, Proceedings is free to be downloaded online.

Other fees:

Day Rate:  USD280
Dinner only: USD80 (TBIS 2018 Award ceremony and Banquet on 27th July 2018.)
Accompanying Person: USD180 (only include lunch and social events)


PAN: Paper Acceptance Notification. 
AAN: Abstract Acceptance Notification. 
Delegates have the option to pay in GBP. 
The exchange rate on the day of payment processing will apply. 
Valid full-time student proof is required. 

2. Deadlines for Registration

  • Deadline for regular registration:       

March 31, 2018  (or within 7 days from the date of receiving the Paper Acceptance Notification.)
Paper will not be included in proceedings after this deadline.

  •  On-site registration:                     

July 25-28, 2018 (Attending the conference program only.)

2) Telegraphic transfer: Currency can be made in USD/HKD/RMB

4. Special Discount

  • Reviewers listed in the TBIS 2017 program book: 10% discount.
  • Group registration members:        
    • Group of 5 or above:  5% discount 
    • Group of 10 or above:  10% discount   
    • Group of 15 or above:  15% discount           
    • Group of 20 or above:  20% discount   


   Discount applies to one of the above listed conditions only.
   Discount cannot be combined with another discount.
   Group registration fees must be paid by the representative of the registered group only, payment from individual member will not be accepted.

5. Cancellation Policies

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat via email to
  • Please pay attention to the following refund policy:
    • Email on or before June 15, 2018 50% of the amount refundable
    • Email after  June 15, 2018 No refund
